EZ STORAGE SINGAPORE – EXCLUSIVE STORAGE AGREEMENT

Welcome to EZ Storage Singapore! This agreement outlines the comprehensive terms and conditions governing the storage and related services provided by EZ Storage to our esteemed users.
No Verbal Representations: No verbal statements made by EZ Storage’s staff, agents, or authorized representatives are considered part of this Agreement. EZ Storage’s exercise or non-exercise of any rights herein does not constitute a waiver of said rights.
ESTIMATES AND BILLING
Estimates: Quotations by EZ Storage for storage space and services are based on estimates. Final fees may vary based on actual space usage or services provided.
Billing for Storage: Billing starts on the first day of item arrival at our facility, recurring monthly. Prorated amounts apply for items received mid-cycle. No refunds for decreased storage usage mid-cycle.
Billing for Services: Billing for services occurs before the day of service, unless stated otherwise.
EZ STORAGE SUBSCRIPTION
Subscription Term Commitments: Some plans may require a commitment for specific durations to avail discounts. Unless stated otherwise, the commitment term is monthly.
Minimum Storage Space Usage: Standard plans have minimum usage. Custom plans may have usage commitments. Below-minimum usage incurs charges based on the minimum requirement.
Method of Storing Items: EZ Storage determines stacking methods for safety. Maximum heights for various items apply.
Storage Space Usage Calculations: Various measurement units are used. Usage quantity is rounded up to the nearest whole unit.
Termination of Storage Subscription: Cancellation is allowed at any time, with confirmation upon receipt of termination request. No refunds for prepaid balances mid-cycle or for minimum term commitments. However slots for termination are subject to availability of our operation and warehouse.
EZ STORAGE SERVICES
In addition to storage, EZ Storage provides transportation, loading/unloading, inventorying, and more.
Site Access and Approvals for Transportation: User ensures access and approvals for services. Failure may result in cancellation and rescheduling with a cancellation fee.
Service Level Agreement: Services are provided based on best efforts and availability. EZ Storage is not liable for delays due to various factors.
Receiving From Third-Party Carriers: Certain plans allow self-arranged transport. User must comply with guidelines to avoid delays and additional fees.
PROFESSIONAL MOVING AND DELIVERY SERVICE
Accessibility Limitations: Certain locations may have accessibility limitations requiring special arrangements, incurring additional fees.
Special Handling: Certain items require special handling, with prior disclosure to avoid rejection. Additional fees apply.
Packing Service: Standard packing is provided. Non-standard packing requires notification and incurs additional fees.
Liability of Damages to Items During Transit: User acknowledges risks of damage during transport. Additional insurance is user’s responsibility.
STORAGE FACILITY, AND STORED ITEMS
Storage Environment: Items are stored in an ambient environment. EZ Storage is not liable for mold or similar issues.
Prohibited Items: Certain items are prohibited. EZ Storage may inspect items upon notice, except in emergencies.
Rights of Refusal: EZ Storage reserves the right to refuse items at its discretion.
Bailment: EZ Storage is not a bailee or warehouseman. User acknowledges knowledge of stored items.
Limited Access to Stored Items: User is not permitted to visit the facility. Upon arrival, items are unavailable for inspection or pickup.
OTHER TERMS
Limitation of Liability: EZ Storage is not liable for losses or damages, excluding negligence, fraud, or legal requirements. Liability is limited to specified amounts.
Operational Hours: EZ Storage operates within specified hours. Extended services incur additional fees.
Late Payment: Failure to pay may result in denied access or services, and potential disposal of items after 30 days.
Non-Assignment: User cannot assign this Agreement without EZ Storage’s written approval.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by Singaporean law, with exclusive jurisdiction given to the Courts of Singapore.
Severability Clause: Should any section of this Agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable in a way that aligns with the parties’ initial intentions, the unaffected portions will continue to be valid and enforceable. The rights established in this Agreement will persist for a duration of 5 years beyond its termination.
